Agreement to Terms

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Visionite Tech' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of client information. All client data and project details are treated as confidential. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols and will sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) when requested.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Deliverables completed to date will be provided
• Confidential information must be returned or destroyed
• Both parties must fulfill any post-termination obligations

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.
